Administrative Staff

Kym Rakers

Office Manager

Meet Kym Rakers! Kym has been in the dental field since 2002 and has a passion for helping people and loves building relationships with the patients. She was a dental assistant for 15 years before moving into the financial/insurance aspect of the dental office. She started at The Smile Shoppe in 2021 and her goal as Office Manager is to make sure the staff and patients feel well taken care of. Kym married her best friend, Keith, in 2018 and has 2 children, Colton and Paislee, who are her whole world. You can find Kym spending her time with family and friends and she never misses a NASCAR race! 

 

 

Amy Fleege

Front Desk Coordinator

Amy has been a member of The Smile Shoppe team since January 2016. She is a 1994 graduate of the Kaskaskia College Dental Assisting Program. She and her husband, Wes, have been married since February 1998. They have 3 children, Cooper, Griffin, and Lilly. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing board games, camping, sitting fireside, and bicycling.

Hygienists

Natasha Kapp

Registered Dental Hygienist

Natasha has been a member of The Smile Shoppe staff since 2004. She graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Lewis & Clark Community College, then continued to the Dental Hygiene Program and graduated in Dec 2009. She married Clint Kapp on October 16. 2010. They have 4 sons, Drexton, Granger, Branch, and Kleet. Outside of work she loves to watch her boys play sports. They spend a lot of time outdoors as there is a lot of energy to burn in their household. Fun fact about Tasha, she has a passion for nutrition and fitness.

 

 

Alyssa Wilke

Registered Dental Hygienist

Meet Alyssa! She started here in 2010 as our clinical coordinator. Alyssa loved the dental field and continued her education through hygiene school. She graduated from Parkland College in 2012 and has been a dental hygienist here since January 2018. Her and her husband Luke have three kids: Alivia, Scarlett and Vincent. In her free time, she enjoys walking outdoors and taking her kids to the local parks. Fun fact about Alyssa - she is a certified yoga instructor. 

 

 

Leticia Dugger

Registered Dental Hygienist

Leticia graduated from the Lewis and Clark Community College Dental Hygiene program in 2003. She joined The Smile Shoppe in the middle of 2023. Her and her husband, Chris, have one son Cale who is her pride and joy. She loves the bittersweet moments of watching him grow up and play sports throughout the year. She also enjoys time spent at home with family, going fishing on their boat and weekend getaways with friends. She has a passion for building rapport with her patients while giving them the best dental care she can. 

 

 

Sarah Loddeke

Registered Dental Hygienist

Sarah graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at John A. Logan College in 2012 as President of her class and was awarded the Golden Scaler. She worked at The Smile Shoppe 1 day a week from January 2014-April 2017, left for a full-time job and came back to us in March of 2022. Sarah is also a Real Estate Agent on the side. She married her husband, Eric October 5th, 2019. They have 2 boys, Axl, and Briggs. When Sarah is not working she enjoys spending time with family and friends, chasing her boys around with her husband, getting Mexican with her sister or friends and bike riding with her mom or taking fitness classes.

Krisi Schulte

Dental Assistant

Krisi has been a dental assistant for almost 40 years! She has been here at The Smile Shoppe since 1991. Krisi married Brian Schulte in 1987 ~ widowed in 2016. She enjoys spending time with her son Andrew, daughter Justine and grandchildren Milo and Maddox. Krisi loves the outdoors and gardening, and her rescue dog, Deuce!

 

 

Debi Zobrist

Dental Assistant

Debi has been a member of the Smile Shoppe family since May 1997. She is married to Rodney, and she has 2 children: Shandra; son in law Matt McPherson and Tyson; daughter in law Wendi (Shimer). They have 5 adorable grandchildren: Ava and Brennen McPherson and Adilyn, Ryder, and Willa Zobrist. Debi enjoys having family gatherings, walking, gardening and does home and office organization as a hobby. They spend a lot of nights/weekends on their farm in Greenville cutting grass, fishing, riding in their golf cart and attending any sports their grandchildren are playing!

 

 

Nikki Soehnlin

Dental Assistant

Meet Nikki! She has been a dental assistant for 18 years and joined The Smile Shoppe team in 2020 with a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of dentistry and a passion for patient care. Nikki is engaged to her fiancé, Bobby, they spend spare time taking long motorcycle trips, golfing, or going camping with their kids and grand baby, Hudson.
